It goes something along the lines of "the sex I want, I'm not getting, and the sex I'm getting I don't want".

I think it's from either a movie or a tv-show. Maybe a song. Google gave me little to no help apart from apostrophes.
It could also be from the "talking part" of a song too, I'm really drawing a blank as to where I've heard it before.
