Bear Dubstep - Newbie Chat

I have been producing for a little over two years now but i consider myself a newbie still. i feel that i still have an amuteur sound to my products and i am seeking some advice. i use Fruity Loops Studio 10.0.2 with nothing but a laptop and a pair of headphones. I understand that a lot of the professional sound comes from vocals/singer but i have looked and looked and i can't find someone willing to sing on a track for me. so for now i simply want to get my instrumentals to a tee. any criticism and advice is appreciated. thanks for the help.
