MiniDisc experts i need your help

my friend and i recently bought a Sony mz-n707 from ebay , but the thing is : there was no home AC adapter (to charge the battery) , no usb cable to plug it to the computer and no remote controller ...

we wondered where we could buy these accessories , we've already checked sonystyle and futureshop but they don't sell them any help would be appreciated ... thanks

http://www.minidisco.com/ is a GREAT place to start looking.
http://www.japan-direct.com/ is another excellent place for Japanese electronics.
http://www.minidisc.org/ is the BEST place to find information on MD, including shops/retailers!

what kind of ac adapter do you need? my MD uses 3V, 500mA. i bought mine at the sony store, so i don't see why it wouldn't be on sonystyle.ca... go out and check the actual store, they'll probably have it, though they are kind of scarce. i had to wait a month for a new order of ac adapters. i looked up the usb kits the other day, they're on the sonystlye.ca site. but they're the kind that convert usb plug, into an optical cable, for the older models that don't have a usb jack on the unit, so i dunno if thats what you're looking for.

as for the remote, haha, you could steal one off somebody. try asking the sony store people to order it for you...

what kind of shabby deal did you get anyways? haha.. no ac adapter, no usb and no remote?? =P

i don't know man it came all of a sudden cuz my friend needed badly a minidisc , he wanted that specific model and the guy selling it lives in montreal too

we need a normal adapter you know to recharge the battery , so i don't know which one would work , and i called the customer service of sony style but they told me : sorry we don't sell the remote controller or the usb cable

I'm surprised that they said that to you. I called them 2.5 years ago for a remote to an MD recorder (MZR-90) and they told me that they sell them but for ~93 USD!!! They DO sell EVERYTHING that comes with those units seperately but, for EXTREMELY HIGH prices...
