Anyone with Ableton Live 9 Suite?

Can you tell me whether or not there are any good sounds that come with it? It's suppose to be 54 gigs worth of content, but I know it could be all shit.

There's quite a substantial orchestral and percussive content..
I have yet to find a good portion of copy-paste-ready EDM presets and sounds though.
You could always get the 30 day trial including the suite library at ableton.com. You'll have to choose what to download after you get the installer.

Quite a bit of samples on Live9 but as Beatflux mentioned it is rather limited for EDM as the samples are spread throughout for multiple genres. Still, it is very extensive

The orchestral, guitar and piano sounds are amazing IMO and the fact that they are all built into ableton and ready to use is sick. The latin percussion is also very useful. Rest of the packs aren't that useful imo especially since I take my drums from EDM sample packs.

so is this incarnation still buggy beyond use. I mean every single forum is calling 9 a joke and that is is completely unusable.

Havent had any problem but I stayed with version 9.1 No bug whatsoever and I use most of the production functionalities. I dont see why there would be bugs since it's not a big update from 8.

Live 9 has been a godsend for me. Extremely good performance increase and hasn't crashed yet (Going on a week)

Only crash I've experienced was caused by NEXUS..
