Looking for the name of a trance track

Looking for the name/title of a trance track. This is quite old, I think from about 2003. I don't know much about it anymore, except that at a certain point there is a break where the music fully stops. Then a voice is announcing something in a trainstation/airport setting. I remember synthesizer starting and working to a huge climax. The track has a catchy melody.

I think the track was quite popular back then, I also think having heard it on a various artists album, like Trance Energy or something.
