I think SOnic FOundry made a program that does channel surround processing....

can't remember the exact name...

possibly "Acoustic Mirror" ..?..

Nope not Acoustic Mirror, thats something completely opposite. Cubase can do it.

There is a program available to make ac3 files (used for dvd sound)...........Sonic Foundry AC3 Encoder.............there no better surround sound than in ac3 files
