free trance promotional cds

are there any sites that i can subscribe to in order to get some free trance (hell even hip hop/dnb etc.) cds? I knew a kid who used to receive about 20 or so tapes a week for free...and he wasn't even a dj, producer, company etc. any info would be appreciated.

Those usually come from the little dj's struggling for someone to notice them. I have 3-4 of those kind of cd's and they arent that great.
