First good one from MIKE ive heard in many years
I think he is also going back to the "roots" now, there is even a bit 'Xpander' in it as well..
This has all the markings of a classic Subtara thread, well done.
Quality stuff! Kind of reminds me of this epic tune, but with a bassline!

I actually don't mind this.
just last night, i found i tune i had for ages, but had never properly heard. it was also a MIKE caromax track, it's awesome.
love it when you find a hidden gem you'd had all along. will check out the other stuff he's done under caromax.
of slight relevance - just heard that MIKE and tiesto are doing a classic trance tune for "my old fans"
btw:
Tisto @tiesto14min
@mikepush Friday brother! Let's make a trance track together soon since my old fans miss it so much! 😁😎
M.I.K.E. Push @mikepush10min
@tiesto i ll hit you up this wknd, i leave for Tomorrowland next week .. But lets do this definitly! Lets finish what we started
Tisto @tiesto5min
@mikepush show everybody how you make real trance!! Hahaha
Get it signed to JOOF. Subtara can do the remix.
Its not bad, but the top-end drills my brain, I dont know if its just me; perhaps.
Rubbish
It's decent but the highs made it irritating to me too along with the white noise; I could be sensitive to a frequency or something.
edit: really like Canvas(Album Mix) from him earlier this year
so much white noise. I wanted to like it, but had to stop at 4+ mins

I'd like him to use less white fills and have his tracks mastered with that heavy tone like his old tracks had. Looking foward to the Subtara & Moor remix.

Nice, but not good enough IMO. Certainly not a track which invites to dance.
Love many of M.I.K.E.'s older tunes, not a fan of this one though.

Yeah this sounds rubbish. Why do producers feel the urgent need to drench their tracks in this bullshit white noise? Is it because they all want Avicii and the likes to play them out?

oh please, don't start posting MIKE tracks now. 100% irrelevant.

RIP Mike.
I think this is the last MIKE track i loved, from way back in 2007:
shivers and unicorns everywhere
This really ain't bad. I like that he livens up that rolling Xpander-ey riff with some originality, rather than letting it do almost all the work the way other obvious and cheap copies did years back.
This also somehow reminds me of what it was like listening to a good episode of ASOT.
Everything after 4:00 is jarring and entirely unnecessary, though.
