please help identify these two songs

Greetings! After some searching I ran across a post saying this was a good place for song identification.

During the song there are several audio samples of a young (British?) girl saying things like "Disco," "Oh lord," "They'll never learn," Easy," "Roughneck," and of course, "Wunderbar."
