Audio CD RIpper Suggestions

I was using DMC Poweramp for awhile, but the last two versions have literally slowed down by at least 200%!!! It was a great, fast program, but now it's as clunky as Musicmatch Jukebox. Does anyone have any suggestions for FAST Audio CD rippers that support the LAME Codec?

Even if it doesn't support the LAME codec, maybe someone knows a fast one that can rip a full CD in 10 minutes or less? Any and all suggestions please.

Exact Audio Copy is considered as the highest quality ripper, not sure about it's speed...
