Need help with track ID.

Ok I've been searching for months for this track to no avail and it's driving me nuts,here's what I know.

I heard this track years ago on sky sports on a Golf add around 2000/2001.There's male vocals,deep voiced,kinda sounds like faithless.Lyrics are some that goes like "I'm dying I'm dying in my people's pain".As I've said I haven't heard it in years and help would be much appreciated!
