Add Efects to a Little Voice??

Hi Guys.. well.. I was wondering wich programs i can use to add efects to a little voice.. is like 2 seconds.. I have used Soundforge but when I add Efects like Reverb, Dealy.. some wird sounds adds to the track also... so.. can u suggest me other programs to add good efects to that voice??.. . and is normal that bug in Soundforge??

Hi carlos, those weird noises r there because u r using unregistered plugins. Ull need to get cracks for them (or ill give u them when i see u on icq).
