Does any of you play video games? Is it only for kids?

I have to admit that I play a decent amount of video games. I really enjoy it but im at the same time picky on what games I play. I mostly like the adult oriented games out there like TM black, RE Cveronica, Silent Hill, and Metal Gear. I have a total of 11 games which is alot to me. Some have like the entire collection but that is just ridiculous.
For those who play video games, do you picture yourself still playing it when your 40 or 50? should i continue playing it or should i train myself not to play anymore games. im 24 by the way.

nah there ain't anythin' wrong with chilling to a good game every now and then. of course it shouldn't rule your life or your free time for that matter.

i totally see myself playing video games at your age aldrian and beyond. i see myself playing games against my kids one dayand letting them win a couple of rounds before i come back and whoop them.

i've been playing games for 13 years now and it get tiresome at times i'll say that, but you always come back for more.

like i said, as long as the games don't rule your life/free time then it's all good. besides, it's satisfying when you play multiplayer games with ppl and own them. especially your own friends.

My dad used to play Intellivision with my aunts & uncles on the weekends. They'd all go over each others house and have matches against each other...and they were all in their late 20s/early 30s. My dad later introduced me to the Intellivision when I was about 7 and I become hooked on video games. He used to play them with me but hasn't had the time recently. I'd say that's the main reason why you don't see many older people playing video games either...they take up time and when u're older you have more responsibilities. I guess you could say it depends on the person though, I don't really see there being some adult rule that says u're immature if you play video games after a certain age though

videogames are great, I hope to have a job making them one day.

For me, a good RPG is great.. but I also like shooters and other games.

Online multiplayers are always fun to play with friends too.. aslong as you dont take them too seriously and start joining clans and playing in competitions etc. to me, that's just a waste of time.

I see myself playing games in the future. But I will be very selective as to what I buy because even now I dont have much time to play games.

the only game i can tolerate is Soul Calibur 2, at the Arcades. I loved part one...and part 2 is even better.

Im still only 17 but yeah i play video games...just played SOCOM US Navy Seals the other day (for PS2)...OMG such a cool game. voice control of your teamates with the included headset. and the game talks to you through the earpeice. as long as games keep comming out with new stuff like this ill keep playing them. good fun

Hi Hi,

I am 24 and I still love to play video games.
I have the Ps2.
I am stuck on getting one of the licenses for Gran Tourismo 3, so I have stopped playing it for a while. I pre-ordered Grand Theft Auto Vice City yesterday, should be out on October 30. I am also decent at the Tekken series of video games.

I also play Return to Castle Wolfenstein online. I am only on a dial up, but it's still cool to play!
