Your Opinz On Ayu's Vocals On the Trance Remixes
Wanted to see if anyone likes/hates them...
I seriously don't see the point in them ruining the Trancey choons that happen to be titled as her songs remixes...
Feel free to vote here

All quality producers should be banned from leaving any AYU or Glove vocals in their remixes... unless they are filtered or distorted in some way that is pleasurable to the ear. I can't stand those Push remixes of Globe, or the latest AYU remixes. Those vocals make my ears bleed!!!
yeah, the vocals destroy some nice trance pieces.
I absolutely cant stand the vocals in these tracks.

Ayu's voice is perfect, what's the problem?
Well, except for "Ayu - Boys and Girls (Push mix)", because Push destroyed Ayu's vocals in this tunes

trance producers must be making serious cash from remixing her cause i have no idea why else they would do it.
I agree with maaz's statement above about ayu's vocals being good. Maybe to you guys, you think that it sounds bad cause its a foreign and different language??? But her vocals are beautiful.
examples of this are:
Ayumi hamasaki- A song for xx(ferry corsten mix)
Ayumi hamasaki- Whatever(system f remix)
Ayumi Hamasaki- Unite(airwave remix)
Anyway i disagree with you peeps about her vocals not being good, and i'd like to ask this question whats up with all this animosity towards vocal trance??? Its music too, and probably my favorite type of music, is it because it sounds too poppy, too uplifting, too pansy? Well i don't think so in my opinion. Now this is not meant to offend anyone but I think its unfair when people to decide to bash vocal trance, especially when they can't justify it. Rather than bash just stick to what you like then. Now does this make any sense opinions welcome. Peace. later
i think everyone hates those vocals unless u can actually understand their meaning
This doesn't require brain surgery.
Her voice is as annoying as a qweef.
Plain & simple. Case closed.
her voice is too high, and is flirting with the upper range of human hearing
im reading an article about the air force wanting to make nuclear bunker busters...why cant they use ayumi instead ? lol
i think her singing is beautiful and full of emotion. and its good that the best trance producer are making remixes for her cause it'll get the japanese into trance.

I'll have to go agains popular opinion and say I like her voice. I don't normally like jpop, but I like her voice. Only when remixed though. Still don't care for straight up jpop.

hehehe... I only find her voice annoying when she tries the sing in a pitch which her voice can hardly sustain... this is very noticable when you watch her live performance clips...
But her voice in HANABI ish very kool! More laid back, not too intensed... Be great if she keeps singing like that!
i dont mind her vocals at all whether i can understand her or not. and i dont find her voice annoying either, i think she has a great voice, in some songs. sometimes i think it better that i dont understand because that way its about the melody of her singing and how well she flows with the song. thats why many people, including myself really love the trance songs with the opera-like vocals, i.e. all the songs with the sample from gladiator. the usual lyrics in trance vocal songs are about love anyways, so its not like we are missing something special by not understanding wut she says. in some cases i think her singing makes the song, i.e. connected.
Personally I don't mind the vocals at all, at least in most of the remixes such as Ayumi Hamasaki - Whatever (Ferry Corsten Dub) and Ayu - Connected although I can understand why a lot of people don't like them. In my opinion they're something different and fits in quite nicely to at least some of the tracks for a bit of a change.
I'm not a big fan usually, but the Vocals in the Dumonde mix of Trauma certainly add a little more energy to the track, especially live, I heard Dumonde drop it at Godskitchen, and on that sound system...it was just beautiful
I think Ayu's voice is beautiful. Her voice adds to the emotion and the energy of her remixes. In particular I like the sound of her voice in Trauma (Dumonde Remix), M (Above and Beyond Remix), Whatever (Ferry Corsten Remix) and Connected. They are all outstanding tracks without vocals, but Ayu's voice makes them even better!
I also like her lyrics. As Maaz said, they are excellent. I like the sound of Japanese vocals as well (I am a j-pop fan), so I suppose that aspect makes Ayu's tracks even more appealing to me.
i like her
well, normally i dont like japanese songs. but i have to admit i like her vocals because she is so beautiful on the record covers. all her recent record covers are very stylish.
anyway, her voice is nice too, even though i dont understand what she sings. she is one of the few pop artists that can write songs and is beautiful.
if you want translations of her lyrics, go to http://home.no.net/ayumi/

i loathe them, too high pitched, not understanbdable, and very very poppy.
