1980's WBMX mixes, need help IDing two songs.

So normally I am fairly good at figuring out track names eventually. But these two have been completing eluding me.
I've always had a love for these radio mixes from the 80's, they have such a nice feeling to them.
The lyrics for the first one starts at 9:50. I'd like to know whatever mixed song that is, as I recognize "Heavens in the backseat of my cadillac" which tells me the track I'm looking for is some kind of mix.

The next one, it's the first song on this mix. Has such a cool old school feel to it, but I ofcourse can't find it anywhere and really have nothing to go on..
Searching "call me legion" obviously does nothing.. the actual song starts at 0:50
