Lightbulb what is the best car color and why?

hey d00ds im trying to choose the color for my new car. Im between Black for the classic elegant look or maybe Metallic Silver for classy looks and cuz it looks very clean
lol help me here I need to know whats the best color for a new sports coupe.

Choose white... white cars are easier to clean...

well they show dirt pretty quickly tho, alt black is prolly more of a pain. pretty much its up to you. i always like a dark, dark metallic blue if possible. silver is alright tho cause it covers up scratches n shit - if youre worried about that. reds and yellows will get you higher insurance usually|

oh, and what kind of sports coupe?

Posted by BTG on Oct-02-2002 02:16:

white = nice looking, if you do it up nicly. maybe white, with white + blue interior, if you have the money to waste on such stupidness.

did you know red cars are more prone to become stolen then any other color

hmm good details around! im getting new accord coupe most probably. nothin expensive. a kewl car!

Black...as simple as that. Hard to keep clean but if u're able to maintain it, it looks mint!

Yes, but can't you sacrifice being hot for good looks?

Hehe...to tell you the truth...I want a 1996 Ford Mustang and I'm gonna paint it orange w/ dark blue racing stripes (much like the one found on Gran Turismo 2).

hehe that was a sarcastic remark... did you ever try to touch a car with dirty hands (from fixing the car)?

You'll end up working on the car for 30min, and 6 hour polishing the car to get your hand mark off again... talking from very bitter experiances.

I would pick a red car... always liked that color, or silver gray, or black, or dark blue... ok i'm gonna stop now.

Why, what's wrong with them? I've liked Mustangs since I was a little kid and a '96 can be bought fairly cheap now.

youre not from Detroit either? well if you *need* a mustang, but an old one, not one of the big stupid underpowered plasticky ones that will break down a shitload.

the only newish ford id buy is the Contour SVT...and thats just cause its cool, i know it would be a pos|

If I had the money, I'd paint my car with a baby blue/gold flip paint

But back to the real world. Good colours are Pearlescent colours, especially white, metallic metal colours (bronze, silver etc).

But if u have the money go for the PKK HArlequin flip paint! Its consists of blue, green, dark pink, purple and would look sick on any car.

Posted by Mail Man on Oct-02-2002 14:15:

post a pic of the car. im sure there are a few adobe pros who will make it certian colours for u to choose from

Personally i prefer silver at the moment, but silver can look awful on some cars.
