what a fantastic night!!!
output was amazing. the crowd,sound,vibe everything fell into place perfectly it is seriously the best thing nyc has to offer at this point
got inside at 11 and DT was already on (not sure if he was on earlier or not) but he was doing a great job with some old school funky stuff. picking it up playing some old school acid/tech house
very very groovy. later on he was throwing in some newer stuff
(teased some techno,played some heavy heavy twisted tech house and one insane hard tribal track looped for like 15 min ha ha ha)
some tracks i remember:
played this with age of love accapella looped over it. sounded great
and cars i found that trance 1 trance track he played
wow what a great out of no where track, crowd went wild
not sure if you were there ben140. i showed up to the meetup a lil late like 12:15. great seeing you cars. one of my best nights at output to date. love that room
That last track I remember from my fav Oakey set... Never heard it out b4 would have been great to. If the crowd was anything like the last time he played that is great.. A true NYC crowd .. Freaks from all different walks of life ... Output has to cut the Sunday night shit out!!!!!
never made it out... i have such a bad fever and cold.
cannot believe he played "nothing is real but the girl" SUNDAYS ARE A MONDAY or whatever

ay pretty much sums it up, nothing to add really.
crowd was def. great and not too crowded at that.
the paradise garage tracks at the close were a nice touch, as were his little p.g. stories.
AY- how did you find the track?
I feel SOOO stupid now, how could I not recognize THAT voice?
let alone the tune, ive heard them do it live, duuuh.
and saw Blondie recently to boot (which BTW, is a recommend)
Ben, I hear you on that, wasted some tix this weekend due to similar, but felt well enough to do last night, tho ay beat me by two hours.

last night was a new record, 7 different peeps came looking for pharma in like 2h, not counting the crystal meth shakedown ay gave when I came in, lolol, too funny.
