Hello fellow TA'z, its me again.. have i got a problem of great proportions...
I NEED SLEEP!!!

This came from the fact that im only having a few hrs sleep... no matter what time i go to sleep i wake up @ 5:30 am or 6:00am or 6:30... the problem is that i need more sleep and no matter what i just can't seem to sleep i just lie there and toss and turn...
I don't wanna take pills since they don't give you a restfull sleep... i read it in a medical book, so i know its true... anyways any suggestions, home remedies, spells... LOL or anything in helping to sleep more since the days are very tiring for me and i need to sleep...

Well, if you are waking at 5 or 6 o'clock all the time and you want to sleep more.....
THEN ...... go to bed early
, like 8 o'clock and you will get plenty of sleep...
But you may have to plan your work and other stuff once more....cos remember
you gonna be the man of the night....

Go to local drugs den & buy a 1/4, Roll your self a Bangor then smoke then sleep.
^^^That was gonna be my suggestion. Get some dirt weed, I'm talkin like ghetto shit and smoke about 2 blunts. If you wake up in the middle of the night, repeat! 
I get about 2-4 hours of sleep per night, but thats cus I get in at, like, 4AM. I just take naps in the afternoons between work and clubs. I get 8 hours of sleep a day, just not all at one time. Try that. Seriously, I was verging on true insomnia there for a while cus I'd be awake for at least 20 hours at a time. I was starting to just not be able to sleep even when I tried at 5AM. Thats not good. So I started taking naps, cus I damn sure wasn't gonna stop going to clubs! It worked!
And I beleive that milk thing is called a PLA-CE-BO. lol.
