Beautiful Uplifting Track - Does Anyone Recognise this?

So was searching about earlier today, and came across this beautiful uplifting track. It sounds kind of familiar, but I can't put my finger on what it is.

Google has proved no help in identifying it, or finding these supposed summer nights 2013 things.
