Ouch!

Due to popular demand for more injuries to the ukta board members, i have hurt my shoulder and fractured my hand in two different places! I will be expecting sympathy........so leave a message telling me how good I am and how much you will miss my none fractured right hand!

See you train to much mate. Swimmers train to much. U should have done wot i did, peaked hehe, won 2 county championships and then ended my swimmin career, now isntead of training 8 times a week i train 2 or 3 times

Get in there! It was only a hairline fracture and i can now move my hand again! Still bruised and hurts though, but the pain killers they give me are lush! If i take two every 4 hours I become a fighting machine that can feel no pain!
