Being from Vancouver and now studying in the Toronto area, I know both cities very well, and all I can say is

YEEAAHHHHHH!!!

I always knew that Vancouver's the most beautiful city and I've had countless arguments with my toronto friends on which is a better city, well now they can kiss my ass! See those torontonians try to defend their city. Its hilarious

btw did you bother reading the whole thing? Its not about quality of life, but more about how easy it is for strangers to establish themselves in a given city...

... if it was only for the quality of life I wonder if that many Canadian cities would be in the top 10, if any...

the music scene in vancouver sux, i would never live there b/c i'd never get to see my fav dj's..esp pvd

if you're into trance, TDot and NyC are the places to be!

Yeah the music scene does suck in vancouver but the other stuff (climate, landscape, SKIING) is more important to me. Hey, what're mp3s for?
