The song starts with a build up and then gets to the main beat right away then a women says "this is the secret of a touch every time we kiss my heart beats" then the beat starts up again its not Every time we kiss. By Cascada. That's all I got sorry I don't know what year or genra it is. Think it's more along the lines of break beat. Thank you

i hate to tell you this but it does look it is cascada everytime we touch. Maybe it's a remix by someone else.

Lmao no idea.. I don't know If you care enough but there's a app called DJ sound effects at the the bottom of the the list there's a song its called DJ ringtone. But I'm not expecting anybody to go through all that trouble thank you the songs about 10 sec long
