RULES : TrancEaddict Battle Of The Mixers Volume IV
You know that some of us would like to compete and make the best set in order to win this game. But how the best set can be elected by giving their DJ-name (or Tranceaddict's name) and the country he's from. The fact is that people from England will give their vote to an english DJ, a dutch to a dutch, and so on. The conclusion is : it won't be the Best DJ who will win the competition but a country.
I propose that one of the MOD (may be Swamper) receive all the sets, give a number to each set, then people will elect a number, it'll be impossible to know the name of the DJ and his country until the end, until the results giving by the MOD. I think that it is fair.
What do you think of it ?
How bout one from each country goes through to the final? Each regional forum choose the best and then it goes through.
Once there is a winner from each forum, let the people decide.

even if the filenames were chnaged so we didnt know who done the set, it stil wouldnt work mate.
For example I could tell everyone what my tracklist was and they would know what set was mine
Yeah you're right.
Then, how can we do to elect the best set without unfair vote ?
make it so only a said amount of numbers from each forum can vote. I wouldnt vote for somone just because they are from my country, thats just stoopid.
I can really think how else to work it atm.

. I know now that is fair. So good luck to all the DJs
.
its done fairly anyway, i dont see the point in voting soembody mroe points coz theyre fro mthe same country, thats jsut rascism, us judges were chosen because we would do the job fairly, thus there is no need for any changed to these rules.

Just cos I'm from the UK doesn't mean I'm gonna vote for one of my mates, infact I can't stand any of them, they all suck, Especially DaveC, LukeT, Raveape, and that DuMonde Trancer Guy..... gimme a break
So when's this interview start ?
oh..... shit
EDIT - I actually forgot to add this, but if this kinda thign was the case, why would i like ferry armin shokk etc cos they're not from the same country as me, as long as judges chosen are fair & I think they all are, then don't fix what aint broken
first of all, the mix comp is not run by swamper, it is run by me, cyrax and t0ast. so the thread should be where it can be viewed by us. your view is not representational of the people who have entered the contest, over the course of the 4 mix comps there has been 2 hiccups due to bad judging, there is now methods in place to stop this happenning. I view all marks to spot anomallies in them and remove the anomolous mark if need be. I won the last comp with a german judge, a belgian judge, a danish judge and a british judge. i think u need 2 research your facts better - it works fine as it is. I believe this thread should now be closed.
