Esscala Presents: Simon Patterson, Jordan Suckley, Arctic Moon & Adam Ellis
Esscalators,
April 19th 2014, a day that would have lived on in infamy. The stage was set for two great trance parties were to clash on the battle ground of NYC - like an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object. It would have pit fan against fan and forced people to make impossible choices. A hue and cry was raised, surely there was another way? A better way?
So a top secret project was initiated at Esscala headquarters, where our lead scientists worked tirelessly to find a solution to the Patterson-Ellis paradox aka the Suckley-Moon conundrum. With time running out a last ditch solution was proposed a solution that was exciting and scary at the same time.
Throwing caution to the wind, we forged ahead and flipped the switch
What was born was an unholy love child, an amalgamated anomaly, a hybrid monster that we had knowingly unleashed on the world. God help us
ITS ALIVE!!
Simon Patterson, Jordan Suckley, Arctic Moon and @Adam Ellis. All on one night!!
Come help us battle this creation at Srb brooklyn! For those of you lucky dogs who bought tickets to either event, good news the tickets are still valid. You early birds were wise and have scored the proverbial trance worm.
For the others: https://esscala.wantickets.com/
A special shout out to Yosef for working with us to make this happen.

simon patterson... again??? they need to relax with these monthly residencies. I understand max graham has a consistent and huge demand, but ottaviani, patterson doesn't that get old? it does for me.
same old same old same old.
lets all attend so we can hear that 1 ID track that comes out 2 weeks later
Tbh I don't get bored of Patterson. I just love the type of music he plays.
I love me some dogzilla but when I saw him he played some weak remix, I like his style, one of the few trance DJs who's capable of playing quality and going through the genres, but I feel like it's just too often..

Down for this.
Arctic Moon was added to this.
& Adam Ellis as well
Wow this event is even more exciting now
^^^
got this from an esscala email the day I posted this thread, but see the separate Electric Gravity listing on the event page, which
does not include Esscala,
is at a different venue (not SRB)
and has D. Barbera instead of Simon and Jordan...
Still, the other listing was posted before I got the esscala email.
leaving this up for now, cause I'm curious as to how this happened if anyone knows and can tell.
Also, the other thread title doesn't mention any of the artists, so it's hard to spot that they actually are sort of the same event...
So what is Electric Gravity?
in my book a not a useful name/description, one starts to think electro/neon/kandi/yolo right away, and that is just a turn-off.
plus, you didn't mention any names in thread title, so easy to overlook / ignore when one has to go by name-of-event only, and it comes across as above.
just my $0.02

godsend needs to correct listing title...
yessss
the Napalm Poet coming to NYC
Saw 3/4 of these DJs over the weekend. Suckley in my opinion is HANDS down better than Patterson and Moon. Ellis is still learning how to DJ but produces some amazing tracks, just needs a few years of DJing under his belt. If this event doesn't get the green light for a 6am close...forget about getting your money's worth.
Esscalation: Simon Patterson, Jordan Suckley, Arctic Moon & Adam Ellis 4/19

ESSCALA PRESENTS:
SIMON PATTERSON, JORDAN SUCKLEY, ARCTIC MOON & ADAM ELLIS
Opening Set: Monoverse vs Mir Omar
Saturday, April 19th! At SRB BROOKLYN!
Esscalators,
We've had something really cool in the works that's coming your way this April.
The first artist on the lineup is someone you know, love and just can't seem to get enough of in NYC. We were due to have him in Miami but sadly it wasn't meant to be. Ladies and Gentlemen, mark your calendars for the return of Simon Patterson!
However this time he won't be alone. He will be joined by someone who collaborated with Simon in early 2013 to create Vanilla, which amassed support from all of the industrys leaders and rocketed up in the Top 5 of Beatport & Trackitdown charts. This is someone a lot of you have requested and we think it is time your patience is rewarded. Give it up for Jordan Suckley!
Also on decks will be, Arctic Moon is one of the most exciting producers in todays current trance scene. Recently voted in at #160 in the 2012 DJ Mag Poll and #32 in TranceAddict Top250 DJs he is not only a highly talented, respected and loved producer but an entertaining and exciting DJ set to take the next decade by storm.
Last but not least ADAM ELLIS will also be joining in on the festivities!
Location: 177 2nd Ave Brooklyn
Doors open at 10pm
This event is 21+

^^^
for real?
dunno how much less Markus would be than this $50, but lets just say it's $25 less.
That $25 you'd spent more is small change indeed to avoid seeing Markus.
Let alone considering the Bright Nights situation / crowd.
This is sort of like not going to the steakhouse in favor of White Castle
Markus is 35 .. 40 after fees
Srb is 45... 50 after fees, and we are offering 4 artists, one of whom has never been here before (Jordan Suckley), if we still can't convince people to come out for a 10 dollar difference , well
not much we can do...
this!
like the way you sidestepped the quality issue entirely , but dame its out there.
no reason to think that Markus at neon central will be anything other than Markus at pacha not long ago.
and that wasn't anything special, certainly nothing worth this money trade off analysis.
10 bucks is a beer and change...
