Snowboarding!!!

once winter come i have a good reason to get off my ass and go outside

I CANT WAIT FOR SNOWBOARDING TO START!!!!

AHHHHH SO EXITED IT JUST SNOW AT THE PASS A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO !!!!

whenever i go snow boarding i bring sasha GU013 and so when i listen to it when im not boarding it makes me feel like im on the mountain

listening to it right now and .... drool...

anyone else out there in trance land a boarder?

I'm more into extreme carving. Just as fast, same tight turns, almost the same jumps.

Snowboarding is fun, but I just hate the unpractical side.

My Head Worldcups have a radius of just 12-13m

One problem: 1.94 m and 5 cm of plates. So in some lifts sitting isn't quite comfortable

Hehe I LOVE TO SNOW BOARD I CANT WAIT I need a new board tho... I've currently got a K2 - Temptation ... i mostly board freestyle

hell yeah can't wait either. i hope this year is better then last.

freestyle is the only way to board, im not that good yet but my best trick is a 360, i usual go for big air with a grab.

snowboarding unpractical? dunno about that. i didnt know ne1 used those carve skis nemore. ?|

I got a 155cm burton A-deck waiting to hit the pow this winter, i can't wait!

i got a crapo 160 visioin board but i like it, burton must be nice...

And that is the only reason I like winter.. but I live in Ontario and slopes here are shit, I wish I was in BC.. Anyways, I'm planning to hit Italian Alps this winter..

yep BC rocks. i am thinking of maybe making a trip down to whistler, for around November 30th. go see Ferry Corsten, and go rip up the mountains.

Cant wait either! Im going to France V.5! That's in February!

Nice CD! How do u hook up ur CD player to u when u snowboard and what CD player do u use that wont skip much?

This winter i'm snowboarding for the first time, i think i'll love it! I have also skied a lot before.

i snowboarded for around 5 years..then i got a wicked concussion ending my season early..so i havnet gotten into the grooove

this year is different..every day im going swear to god

last winter was my first year i really got into it. Got a sims board and all the gear. I hope to not fall down as much, but we'll see what happens, practice makes perfect, or close to.

i have a pocket on the inside of my HH jacket, its standared in burton jackets and alot of others to, you can also put it in your backpack, my cd player is crap and it skips alot but you can get sony ones that never skip at all

Not to start any skiier/snowboarder rivalry but I hate most snowboarders. I've been skiing for about 12 years and maybe it's just me but it seems like a lot of snowboarders only board cuz they are posers and it's the latest "cool" thing to do. As such they usually go out in groups and just try to look like they are the shit.

But really, don't a lot of boarders spend a lot of the time sitting on their asses? Usually they sit in large groups blocking a nice a ridge or a good jump ... pisses the shit out of me. Don't get me wrong I like all the boarders that are serious about the sport, and i hate all the shit skiiers that find the absolute worst time to cross your path. Maybe it's just the attitude that i dislike. But I live to school boarders with their holier than thou attitudes.

LOL yeah haha I've seen so many ppl "try" to start snow snow boarding/sk8ing/BMXing just cuz it's cool... it really gets me mad but i always know the posers from the real boarders... cuz they are shit @ what they "try" to do

Right... some skiers are the same that way. They just show off swooshing around. But, why hate them? Everybody does their own thing. What's it to you anyways? Are you skiing or people-watching?

I used to ski for 9 years before I tried snowboarding one winter about 6 years ago.. and I just found it to be much more fun, so I never went back to skiing.

hehehe...tried snowboarding my first time this season...very sore tailbone

tho i gotta agree it's heaps of fun...went with 4 mates and by the afternoon we were racing each other down the slopes...usually the one with the least biggest stack would win

tho i think skiing is far easier...went skiing about a month after snowboarding, and tho i've done lots a skiing before had no trouble picking it up again after like 10 years since i last hit the snow...even got some handy coaching from the lift dude who saw me jumping down the slopes

SNOOOOOOWBOOOARDING....is what I'm dying for....I mean it !!!

I can't wait till winter to snowboARD...BOarding for 4 years but I'm a pro cos I have skied for 8 years before that....

But snowboARD IS JUST A perfect thing....

Guys here on this forum know what's good...
