If this were on the weekend before I would have gone but Thursday is a weird time during the week. Probably first time I skip a marathon set at space but oh well.

Yeah trance is pretty lame for the most part currently but Markus throws the fuck down for his annual Space marathon. I'd have to say it's the most consistently straight-up fun event that I've been doing since I started doing WMC.

There's plenty of other parties to be a chin-stroking music snob at the rest of WMC.

Trance has changed and is changing every year, but its not gonna go back to how you want it to so best you either get on with it or go listen to something else.
I've been listening to it for the last 10 years and I'm still rocking every festival or gig I go to.

No offence to you, just having my say.
Just seems like a bit of an insult calling the music I listen to 'lame'.

Well I do listen to something else -- take a look at my posting history. But, fair enough. You like trance, I don't (for the most part). But if I were you, I'd grow some thicker skin. Are you really that offended that some guy on a music forum called your music lame?
