actually the truth of the matter is far more scandalous.

it is now believed that in fact he inseminated 2 cats, 1 dog and 3 other reptiles. no human is known to have been inseminated. that was just a rumor.

That policy is a bit of a myth, and does not apply to me. I can have as many as I want. It is the poor country folk that they want to limit. If you have money here, you can do anything you want. City folk in China have much more money than Americans.
