Unknown trance song, possibly Shiva/DJ Joerg or related artist

I friend of mine gave me burned CD with a random collection of trance on it. The CD was labeled "Shiva etc." lol, he said he's not sure who did the particular song. I'm pretty sure it's not Shiva or one of his various alter egos or side projects, it's not a dark trance song, has more of a silly/light-hearted Israeli sound. Song is cool, if anyone recognizes it, I'd love to know who did it or what it's called.
