Do i need a DAC? It will make a difference to my SETUP !?

So for the moment i have :

- TC electronic Konnekt 6 sound card
- Equator D5 studio monitors
- Behringer Truth B3030A studio speakers
- ATH m50 headphones

In 1-2 weeks i will receive Presonus Monitor Station to connect everything.

I was wondering if a DAC only for the headphones like : Fiio Andes-E07K , will make a difference... And if so, how should i connect it ? soundcard > monitor station > fiio > headphones?
Is there a better option for a headphone DAC, in the same price are ?!

Will a DAC for all the system make a difference ?! Let's say in the 2-3 max 400$ area !? If so what you recommend...
+ what's the order to connect soundcard, DAC, monitor controller ?!
