Melody help! Kwanza Jones - Time to go

I am trying to make instrumental/remake version of Kwanza Jones - Time to go.
But I can't make the "melody" line that starts from around 0.52:

What DAW are you using? If by chance it is Ableton, you could try converting the melody or harmony to midi.

I am using Reason only :/
So can't do the converting thing...
