Taxi - Glistening

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iDFx...be_gdata_player

Recently rediscovered one of my favorite tracks from Coldharbour 2004. The best part comes in around the 4 minute mark with that addicting looping synth which typified the Coldharbour sound of that time.

Comments?

Mcprog in da hizzouse!

This sound is the equivalent of today's ping pong Trance.

Excellent track , i agree.

Every track on Coldharbour Sessions 2004 was special in my opinion .

Sounds nice, but I would like it more when it had a real melody.

I'd take this sound over any of the crap today though.

The Melodic / Progressive stuff popular around 2004-2006 was my favourite time for Trance, so yes I love this one

For those who aren't aware, 'Taxi' was an alias of Filo & Peri and they also released another track 'Distance' round this time.

Here's Taxi - Distance (Will Holland's Black Cab Remix):

Great track indeed!
I'm also discovering tracks from those years with that style.
Listening a lot of GDJB episodes from those years.

Didn't know Filo & Peri could produce such a fine sound

my fav one is the perry remix of "as the rush comes". The way that markus used to mix this remix was SOOOo good, i was so amazed

shikodachi, kamaidachi and coldharbour sessions 2004 are PURE gold, imo. the transition into "fusing love" is so good that i needed to upload on youtube. and i always have a soft spot for "simple", markus makes the final melodic part a bit longer for a really good reason: the melody is sad and dope.

great mix. maybe better than kamaidachi and shikodachi. and listening to "glistening" now is so depressing, what a hell this guys are doing these days?
