this statement is printed or displayed on pretty much all of the plastic bottle / can recycling units in sweden. it roughly translates to: warning, don't throw burning or toxic parts in to the machine. they may cause a fire or personal injury.

Based on it's scale I could only see it at The Center For Kids Who Can't Read Good.
