Blackmill - Miracle (2011)

Just heard this album, really enjoyed it. Anyone recommend similar stuff? here's a sample of some of my favs from the album

Blackmill does make some rather memorable chillstep. Let it Be and Lucid Truth are my top favs from this artist as well. Here's a few others I'd recommend that's within the same realm of such etherealness. (Yeah I made that word up )

If you like Drum n Bass with female vocals, I'd suggest Marso & Gala. Check out their Organic EP, it's really good.

My FAVOURITE Blackmill tune is The Light and I don't think it has ever been released anywhere. The only copies I can find are YouTube rips.

I got to see him perform in SF back in 2010. Their live rendition of Noctuary was excellent, but he also had lead vocalist Andreya Triana with him so a lot of the tracks they played featured her vocals and I just wasn't a fan. Plus I was surrounded by drunken hipsters bumping into me throughout the night and it got old really fast. Definitely like his music in a home setting, but at a club I'll pass the next time.

After his marriage broke up, my manager became very philosophical."I guess it was in our stars," he sighed."What do you mean?" I asked."Her astrological sign is the one for earth. Mine is the one for water. Together we made mud."
