Thumbs up

i've just recently downloaded "sasha and seb fontaine - live from gatecrasher 2000." the last track in sasha's set is deadly. i loved it the first time i heard it. if you want to check it out, it's called "yeke yeke (hard floor mix)" by "mory kante." i highly recommend it. there are a couple of version of this track. the 2 are very similar. one is about 3 min 45, and the other is around 6 min 28. get the longer version. (maybe i could upload it to swamper's ftp...but i'm not quite sure how to do this.)

Talking

holy shit, that track is OLD ... and I mean OLD old ... like, six years or so ... I can't believe they played that, considering how Sasha usually pumps out unreleased white labels and acetates ... nice choon for sure !

Exclamation

Omg, that song was on the beach soundtrack, the only reason I remember that is because of how bad it was the name was -- yeke yeke? I mean, come on! Anyway, I enjoyed the track.

Question

where can i get this track?

Can any tell me where to download sets from Gatecrasher 2000 and Creamfields.
Cheers

napster is the easiest way for finding the choons you are looking for. you can find "yeke yeke" on napster or on scour exchange. you can also download sets from gatecrasher and creamfields from napster. i find that it is alot easier downloading and finding shit on napster, eventhough downloads are not resumable....but even if your connection is slow (as mine is) you can still get large sets if you set your computer to download overnight.

can anyone mention anythign else good by Mory Kante? I've looked for anything else by them and so far have come up with nothing. sometimes it's a real pain living in the states, it's hard to find anything real good over here, maybe I'm just not looking in the right places...

Yeke Yeke

Yeah this tune is pretty damn old

I remember listening to it in my first year at college which was when I was 16 - I'm 23 now so do the maths.

However, I heard on the grapevine that this was voted the best tune in Ibiza!? I'm not sure if it was last year or this year - or whether it's a complete load of ****

You must have been digging deep in the bowels of TA archives to dig this badly de-composed corpse and bring it out for us to enjoy all of its rancid glory... I thought I was halucinating when I saw words like "Napster" and "Yakky Yakky"... Anyway, thnx for flashback... If this track is great than "The Beach" was an Oscar-winning movie and Leo De Caprio is the greatest actor ... EVER!

Anyway, l8r
