It sounds like your 303-ish synth and bass is out of beat, that effects the whole rhythm of the song in a very bad way. Try change that (faster attack on the synth or choose another synth - in case you've put the notes right in your sequencer of course) and you'll get a much better song. The sounds in overall are allright, but it's a mess when it's "off beat". Don't give up!
