i know this is a long shot but here it goes...
took this video about 2 years ago.
this track has been haunting me for a while now.
sounds like some old school digweed prog techno
just this insane loop over and over
the video sample is kinda low but you can hear what i mean
the last 15 seconds or so is when the sound is at its best and you can get the full sample
