Desperately Searching For This Band! Help!

I've been dying to hear this whole song/more music from this band but I can't find any information at all about them and no one has even confirmed for me if it's Russian or not. I asked in another forum and no one could even detect the language. All I know is that it's possibly considered Dark Psy, in terms of genre. HELP!
