cd covers..

a time ago, i posted some covers in the forums for the burned cd of tiesto's set at dance department. i received some feedback that i should include some audience in it or even a picture of the dj. now ive burned armin <>nly set on cd. and made a cover again. so... my question is: do you like it? what should be improved?

thanks.

I like the black borders on the top and bottom, but I think they should be thicker, puttion more focus on armin.
Also try to use the same fonts.

cant help it! it really is armin check his site for more pictures from his australia tour (that is where i got this one from.
and they are also same fonts, only the first one is beveled and embossed and has some outerglow. thats it
but what do you mean by "black border on top and bottom"?

and yess. i wanna see how you do yours!!! cause i only want a realll nice cover to print

by black borders I mean "theater type effect". You know how some movies have the heavy black bars at the top and bottom for artistic effect? Like that.

Here's two of my mix covers

They may not be flashy but I like 'em

nice! simple..(how many photoshop hours did it take? )
i like them....i've printed my tiesto covers on glossy photopaper and i have to make them with higher resolution. (more dots per pixel)
im gonna workout something i think....

cover sux..the letters are too big and shouldn't be in front of the DJ..i would rotate them 90 CCW..

those are some very nice covers vanilla! look very proffessional, simple yet very effective and attracts the eye straight to them! if i was in a shop id pick them up!

too dark i think arjoderoon and dont really like the text used doesnt fit in with the rest of the cover!

Yea that's the dream...
Anyway, it only took about an hour photoshop for both since they are essentially the same thing.
