Will be available August 28. Was not expecting this.

The best just got better.

Spectral mode and full screen on second monitor mode ftw.

Yeah, these new features are awesome, including the SC features. Also, they're claiming on their FB page that v2 will use half as much CPU as v1!

I wasn't aware v1 used any at all!

So true. It's so cool that they could add all those features AND reduce the CPU hit.

The price hasn't been announced yet. It's a new version, so you will either purchase as a full product, or as a paid upgrade (i.e., not a free update) for people who own v1.

One of these days I am going to get drunk and buy all the fab filter plugins.

Its not a matter of if, but when.

Yeah the day i don't need to buy any more tunes for djing I'd get and grab all the fab plugs.

I'd say that you'd have to be drunk to NOT buy all their plugins. Then again, I'm a total FabFilterFanBoy.

I'm sure they are the most amazing plugins in the world, but they are pretty expensive. Twice the price of Komplete for some effects/mixing/mastering plugins.

I will likely at least pick up at least one or two to fill in the gaps left by Uhbik and the Reaktor user library.

Looks like a damn fine EQ plugin

can you not do band-specific ducking with the sidechain input? Seems like the only thing left I'd want out of an eq, except maybe different character settings like the h-eq

No, you'd need a dynamic EQ for that, or you can duck specific bands using Pro-MB. You can process individual bands with Saturn using its sidechain input as well.

Just got it! Where has this been all my life?!

Yeah, this is very cool. I love the spectrum grab and the full-screen mode. The keyboard function is also very cool and a very welcome addition, but I do wish that it was possible to just double-click a note to add a node at the corresponding frequency. That's a very minor complaint, since the snap-node-to-note works just fine, but it seems to me like a natural way of working. Maybe I'll request that feature...

Feature requested, feature granted in the latest update. When cryo talks, developers listen.
