Need help IDing a tech house song

so this is probably a long shot but i have been going crazy trying to find this song.

It's a tech house/deep house song with sort of deep male vocals. There's no singing just short phrases over the beat. From what i remember the beginning was something like "first, we start with the beat....." "now we bring in the bass"
