its a fast paced song with a japanese girl singing a melodic tune int he background! Any ideas? Thanks!

one of those anime theme songs maybe? I heard a few really corny happy anime tunes with girl singing.

Uhh....try this. The Japanimation soundtrack section in your local music shop.
Almost all anime theme songs are cheese filled trance melodic female happy bubble gum nightmares. Not to sound like a jack ass, but your description of the song your looking for is like saying, 'hey, anybody know that car, you know, the one with 4 wheels?'

well, theyve been played on the radio recently... any idea?

where , when, what style radio station, what is the commercial of??

I used to be into HHC years ago.......and good luck finding 'a' song with Jap vocals.....there are plenty out there
