Sorry I don't have a sample but it's got lyrics which are featured as a very prominent part of the song...it's a woman singing
"Ohhh, get on up, g-g-g-get on up"

Worst thing is, I'm sure I've got this track in my collection somewhere but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me and it's driving me crazy! Any help is appreciated.

That wasn't the sample I was meaning, though it is sampled in this track. I did find the one I was looking for though.
You can hear the part I was thinking of @ 1:35...turns out it's from an older trance song from 1996, not house.
