Hey, sorry I don't have a sample or YouTube link, all I remember is hearing a trance track at the gym, and basically the tune was mainly achieved with sounds of wind blowing at various pitches. That's all I know!
I heard it for the first time in 2004 but it might have been older.

Sorry it's very vague but does that ring a bell for anyone?
