Cons:
Muddy mix that definitely needs some tuning.
Main melody is either too hard to identify or forgettable sadly.
The minute mark transition needs some tightening up - it loses that tension.
That breakdown tension is completely lost with the length of the white noise as well - TIGHTEN it up.
Main melody feels completely at odds with the rest of the songs construction.
Ditch the loud Pads in the build for some more percussion elements to add tension. The pads don't do it.
Build snare is a horrible sample - find a better snare!

Pros:
Instrument choices work well together.
The start is plenty energetic, as is the bass line.
That "Psy"-like lead is a great hook.

Overall - sounds like two separate ideas that could be neat if executed in tracks that fit their identity.
