lol
"i sent 32 of my own men to the latrines that day. i vowed i'd never cook again!" hehe. well that track is based on the theme from platoon and so it might have been that theme, seeing as it was about vietnam, or korea i think.

LOL Barbers Adaggio For Strings is not composed by william Orbit. Its a very famous Classical Tune that was composed by a very famous composer (I can't Remember right now but I think it was Verdi) about a hundred yrs ago. W O just mixed it up with some electronics tunes and made it trance!!!
Same Tune is used in the movie Platoon as well....

failed to notice the tune but what a classic episode!

I think you'll find it was Samuel Barber who composed it.

They've shown a couple of pearlers over the last few days, hows about Elaine's "controlled flailing".

Haha, yeah the original "Adagio For Strings" (which is what it was called originally) was composed by Samuel Barber early this century, and was "popularised" I guess when it appeared in the movie Platoon.

He also composed a piece called "Agnus Dei" which is choral arrangement of Adagio, and sounds very nice too.

Yours sincerely,

Renegade.

Seeing as though i'm a war junkie and my favourite movie is Platoon, the song was Platoon Theme - Adaggio - For Strings. Like Trancilvania said it was remixed.
