Replicating "Millenium Stringz" lead?

Well, it's pretty self explanatory...I'd really like to recreate this lead to the T if possible. This synth is something that seemed to be favored by Stephan Bodzin, as I've only heard it in tracks he's worked on. Any tips would be really appreciated.
