Perhaps a bit early, but I couldn't refrain from asking you fine fellas and females to post your favorite set - or two, if you must - from this year so I could have a gander.

Joris Voorn had an A+ year IMO.

Joris Voorn is playing here this weekend, supposed to be an extended set. However it's in a really irritating club that will packed out with wankers so I've more or less written it off. I might have a listen to these sets and see if they can change my mind.

Havent heard a lot mixes, but here is a boiler room one I really liked. The whole dystopian takeover boiler room was good but I really like this younger kids mixes and productions:

He's honestly probably me favorite techno dj. Some of his closing sets at their parties have just been fucking unreal. I'm biased though because he plays exactly the style I like.

I should mention though that that set is a bit different from his usual style though.

Yeah, i have heard one of his live mixes, i think it was at berghain, and it was a little different. Just really enjoy his stuff and wanted to give him love on this thread. I really love his last release on dystopian.

That one for example is more his "usual style". Although he honestly plays a lot of the same tracks, or at least used to (a friend of mine recently saw him three times in a month and he started with the same combination every time) so I think he's trying to change it up a little.

Actually going to see him tommorow, excited for that since I haven't seen him in a few months.

Been listening to this set, what i really like is that he is playing a decent number of tracks that i know. I actually sometimes get annoyed when DJs think that they have to play a bunch of promos and white labels so no one in the crowd has the tracks yet.
