[SOLVED]*HELP* Polish (?) Russian (?) rap ID from Humming/singing

Hi guys i need your help.

I know it's difficult but i've got this few words/humming for this track i believe is russian or polish gangster rap or something like that.
I really need your help to find this.

I think it's a track from the early 2000.
