Speaking of Sexual Assault

I don't know if anyone outside of Canada has heard about or is follwing this, but last month a Canadian celebrity of sorts was fired from his on air job at The CBC over allegations of sexual abuse. Allegations first came forward last year I believe, but when this happened last month, the accused made a public FB post proclaiming his innocence and chalking it all up to being judged for his "kinks in the bedroom".

Anyway, he was charged this week, finally.

What's with all the goddamn rapists these days?

If the dress fits, wear it.

Sexual assault has been taking place since Eve bit the apple and eye fucked Adam.

She then proceeded to quickly make a dress out of the surrounding vegetation and put it on.

I hope to be sexually assaulted this weekend, but I'm not holding my breath.

Yeah you miss comprehended. I don't care who assaults me and it better be done with style.

Same with Bill Cosby, and that's even more shocking.

First he was America's favourite granddad, and now he's being charged with seven accounts of rape, if I recall correctly. That's both sad (that it happened) and impressive (that it's happening right now). It's about time the general public took these rumours seriously.

Cosby Lira, he wasn't part of a iconic country rock band from the 60s/70s.

Haha, oops. The spell-checker didn't catch that

I think the most shocking is the shit developing in the UK where it seems like the entire government is involved in a major pedophilia cover up with MPs and other members of government essentially all being complicit in a massive child sex ring, including covering up the murder of children.

Makes sense, the UK child porn laws are some of the strictest in the world (you can't even write fiction that involves a minor in sexual situations). I think they doth protest too much.

Fairly reputable sources are talking about it and more and more allegations are coming to light, along with victims.

This was actually what i was getting at in the Cosby thread.

Jimmy Saville was a DJ, radio host and television presenter who started his career in the early 60's and even when I was a kid, he had a charity TV show called Jim'll fix it, where he made some disadvantaged child's dream come true (like meet their idol or race a car etc).

Turns out, he was one of the most prolific child molesters ever seen, even setting up his charity offices in a children's hospital wing so he had better access to disabled children.

Just like Cosby, it had been going for years and either people were too ashamed or scared to come forward and it was only once he was dead that all the truth came out.

It emerged that the BBC were doing a documentary about Saville, unearthed the ugly truth and execs not only shelved the project, but buried the evidence,

It later turned out that tons of UK celebs/personalities were kiddy-fiddlers but everyone who knew (probably several hundred people in total for everyone involved) all kept quiet.

The Met Police launched a major investigative enquiry called Operation Yewtree which unearthed yet more paedos, then through this and the press digging about, finally it was revealed that a dossier of this evidence had been presented to the UK government back in the 80's only for MP's to bury as it incriminated a lot of well known people.

Basically, it's fucking rife in the entertainment industry and people keep quiet because they're worried about their careers. Digusting.

Oh I know, I'm just saying - Illuminati watchers have already been talking about this stuff for years.

I've no idea why you know about UK child porn laws, but are you sure this is true? Neil Stephenson's Snow Crash is freely available here, and that has a sex scene with a 15 year old girl and a grown man.

I mean like blatant sex stories where the only point is sex.

Hmm, me thinks you don't know what you're on about.

Free speech laws in the UK are very healthy and includes fiction. What you're talking about is not being allowed to write adult books about children but that's it's own thing and classed as pornography in most countries, not just the UK.

The UK has strict laws on it, but I'm not sure they're any tougher than other countries, like Saudi Arabia where you'll be put to death for it.

The UK are just good at catching peados and have a large dedicated police task force to it.

Compared to the US it is incredibly strict. Everything besides real children in sex acts in photos/videos is considered protected speech.

Welp, this thread isn't as good as the last one.

Well if we don't at least wait until page 2 to start blasting Nou, it'll just get deleted. Have some patience, geez.
