Question for promoters/gig organizers and simply gurus

Hi guys! I have a chance to organize clubcast with PvD on New Year's eve in my country but when I approach club managers they are not sure whether it will work and whether they can provide the whole venue for hire on that day. So that's my question - can you guys recommend any effective ticket pricing strategies in order to find a win- win situation for both sides and convince clubs to actually host the event?
